1 small bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the pot on medium heat for 3 minutes. Spread oil evenly and add in broccoli.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper, cover and steam-roast over low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip broccoli, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
