[LOW] 20 min + 10 min
4 medium peaches, pitted, halved and peeled
50 ml white wine
50 g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lay peaches on the bottom of the pot and drizzle white wine, granulated sugar and fresh lemon juice in that order. Cover and simmer over [LOW] heat for 20 minutes.
Flip the peaches, cover and simmer over [LOW] heat for another 10 minutes. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator.
Serve over french toast or with vanilla ice cream.
