DIRECTIONS
  1. Add 4 tablespoons of water and place eggs in the pot. Cover and heat over [MED] heat and bring to a boil, about 3 minutes.

  2. Switch to [LOW] heat and cook for another 8 minutes.Turn off heat and immediately transfer the eggs into a bowl of cold water.

  3. Peel the eggs once they have cooled.
