2 large eggs
2 slices bacon
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Equipment
Lid required
Preheat the pan over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds. Add in oil and spread evenly. Once the oil starts to smoke from the entire surface of the pan, turn off the heat. Once the smoke begins to clear, place the bacon in the pan. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute.
As the bacon starts releasing fat, flip and add in eggs. Cover with lid and cook for about 2 minutes.
Once the eggs are done to your preferred doneness, sprinkle pepper and serve.
