Care & Handling
The Yukihira Saucepan is compatible with all types of stovetops, including induction. It cannot be used in the oven.
The enamel coating prevents any leaching of metal, allowing you to safely cook acidic foods without unpleasant metallic tastes. The pan does not require seasoning and can be washed with mild dish soap. Avoid using metal tools for cooking.
The Yukihira Saucepan is free from potentially toxic materials like PFOA, PTFE, PFAS, and lead. We never use toxic materials, like lead or cadmium, to coat any of our products.
