Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay® seasoning
  • 8 large shrimp, shell-on, legs removed
  • 8 Manila clams, scrubbed
  • 4 littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • ¼ lb smoked sausage, cut into ½" rounds
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 ear corn, husked, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 3½ tablespoons (50 g) unsalted butter

Garnish

  • Chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate shrimp and clams with Old Bay® seasoning. Set aside.

  2. Add sausage, potatoes, corn, white wine and butter to the pot. Cover and simmer over [LOW] heat for 20 minutes.

  3. Add marinated shrimp and clams to the pot and simmer over [LOW] heat for another 20 minutes.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
