Ingredients

300 g cooked white rice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large eggs, beaten
80 g ham, cut into ⅛" pieces
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the pot with [MED] heat . Once [GRILL OK] sign appears, spread vegetable oil evenly. Add eggs and stir constantly .

  2. Once eggs are scrambled, add in rice and continue to stir to break up the rice; stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

  3. Once moisture from rice is removed, add in ham, scallions, sesame seeds, salt and soy sauce in that order. Stir well and serve warm.
