The Oven Pot was engineered to harness heat to distill and intensify the natural flavor of food. When cooking, the ridged base, three layers of enamel coating, and precision seal work as one to create a perfect balance of heat conduction, radiant heat, and steam convection. We believe design is in the details, and the details are what make the design.
The ridges on the bottom surface serve an essential purpose. They create an ideal distance between ingredients and stove, ensuring ingredients are not overheated while at the same time evenly distributing heat throughout the pot. *Some sizes include circular ridges.
The Oven Pot is evenly coated three times with our proprietary enamel. Its unique glass composition enhances durability for long-lasting use, and helps generate and distribute strong far-infrared rays that cook ingredients from their core.
Our craftspeople, drawing on 80 years of cast iron expertise, meticulously hand machine the lid and pot's rims to fit at less than 0.01 mm of variance. This unprecedented seal locks in moisture and nutrients to fully express ingredients' natural flavors.
